ANZ Branch Forest Hill

Relatively new branch which has been moved and re-opened.

I would advise against going here if you wish to be served in a reasonable amount of time, I recently opened a new account and visited to have my identification verified, but unfortunately had to leave due to the branch being under-staffed.

This sort of ethic may fly in a quiet town, but in a busy shopping centre like The Chase, it does not, especially when you have a long line of people waiting in queue, as well as sitting waiting to be served by a staff member.

You should update your location information immediately. My friend and I really spent a lot of time to find the correct place which is already in the shopping center.
